Irish artist, Dani Larkin is back with something special. The acclaimed songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist has just announced her brand-new album, Next Of Kin
, dropping 23rd January, 2026. And while we wait, she’s already given us a taste of what’s to come with the first single, End Of It All.
This track is a wild mix of everything Larkin does best, her sharp, poetic storytelling layered with unexpected new sounds. Think industrial drum beats, raw guitar riffs, and even a haunting twist on the classic children’s rhyme Row Your Boat
. It’s playful yet unsettling, urgent but memorable.
As for the album, Next Of Kin
is shaping up to be something truly ambitious. Co-produced with Ruth O’Mahony Brady (who’s worked with the likes of Sam Smith, Feist, Gorillaz, and The Frames), the record is a deep dive into life’s biggest chapters, from our earliest moments to the inevitability of the end. In short, expect a collection that’s emotional, bold, and beautifully human.
The single, End Of It All, is available through all streaming platforms.
